When you place your enquiry, you'll hear from a FENSA-registered window and door company with a local showroom you're welcome to visit. They'll arrange a free home consultation, give you a written quotation and, if you decide to go ahead, carry out the survey.
Step by step
1. You send an enquiry or book a visit. Use the booking page, the contact form or call 01883 770763.
2. The company gets in touch. A FENSA-registered window and door company that supplies and installs windows in the area calls or emails to confirm the details.
3. Free home consultation. Someone visits, looks at the windows and talks through the options. You can also visit the showroom.
4. Written quotation. You receive a written price. Take your time; there is no obligation.
5. Survey and fitting. If you go ahead, the windows are surveyed, made and fitted, and the work is certified with FENSA.
Checking the installer
You can check any company's registration on the FENSA website. Registration covers the Building Regulations side of the work; planning permission and listed building consent are separate.
