Size and number. Larger windows cost more, and several windows fitted together cost less each than one on its own.
Access. Where a tower is needed to reach upstairs, this may add around £150. Scaffold only goes up where a job truly needs it.
One-off designs. Most windows are priced from standard products. A few have to be made specially for the house, such as an unusual shape or a curved bay, and those cost more because each one is a one-off.
Small jobs. We're happy to quote for a single window. Three or more windows make up a day's work at the normal rate, while a single window carries a call-out charge on top.
Timber. Timber sashes start from £2,650 installed per window, and real timber casements cost noticeably more than timber-look uPVC.
You get a written price after the free home visit, before any survey. If you go ahead, a full survey checks every measurement before the windows are made.
